At Honey Jackson we use Australia Post for the majority of our shipping requirements. Standard delivery is within 2-7 business days of purchase. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement (unless specified on the product listing) and the majority or orders will be received within 2-3 days of order placement.
All orders require a signature on delivery unless specified otherwise.
Depending on the size of your order, larger Items may be sent via courier. You will be sent a shipping notification if your order is sent via courier and signature on delivery will be required on these items.
The cost of delivery is calculated using size, weight and fragility of the item/s being shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.
Due to social distancing and for the health and safety of all our customers we are now offering free shipping on all orders over $150* in lieu of store collections no longer being offered. Orders under $150, the shipping amount is calculated at checkout depending on location.
The only exclusion to this is heavy bulking items sent via courier which include original artwork & glass framed prints, mirrors, furniture & lighting orders.
Due to the Corona virus we are no longer offering showroom collections. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but believe this is in the best interests of us all for the moment.
We will let you know when we resume showroom collections, which we hope is sooner rather than later and look forward to meeting you then.

Furniture + Artwork & Mirrors
Australia wide deliveries of larger heavy bulky pieces of furniture, artwork, Middle of Nowhere framed prints + mirrors will be sent via a courier. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase or as advised during corresponded with Honey Jackson.
A signature is required at the point of delivery for all items sent via courier excluding Middle of Nowhere prints.
For all Middle of Nowhere print orders please provide a business address or an residential address where you give Authority to Leave your delivery if no one is home at time of delivery. Please contact our friendly staff at email@example.com if you wish to discuss this further or don't give ATL and we will make alternative arrangements.
Insurance will be included on all Artwork, Mirrors, Middle of Nowhere Prinrts and furniture sent via courier.
Insurance covers any loss or damages that occur during transit. You will receive a replacement item, not a repaired item.
Please note - Any transit damages claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Artwork & Mirror Delivery costs are calculated on weight and location.
Please note that Custom Framed Glass Artwork by the artists; Prudence Caroline, Lumiere Art & Co, Antoinette Ferwerda and Sarah Kelk is not included in the above rates and is quoted based on location. Please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to purchase a glass framed print by one of these artists.

At Honey Jackson we are more than happy to send any item big or small Internationally.
If you wish to have an item shipped outside Australia please send us an email at email@example.com outlining the item/s you wish to purchase and the international delivery address.
We will determine freight costs and an approximate delivery timeframe to this location for you.

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. In the unfortunate event that you don’t, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at Honey Jackson;
In the event that you change your mind, your item is faulty or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.
We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, assembled or marked and damaged in any way post purchase.
The only exclusion to our 15 day refund policy is with made to order items such as furniture and artwork, these goods cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.
Please note that there are no refunds available on Sale items, only 7 day exchange.
If your sale item is faulty then we will offer a refund on these items.
In the unfortunate event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact us immediately at email@example.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.
Honey Jackson will cover all postage costs on wrong items.
To return your item, simply contact Honey Jackson at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote the following; Order Number, your name and address, contact number and reason for return.
You will then obtain a RA number and a return address to send back your purchase back to. Please ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and that your Invoice and RA number is included with your return.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.
When sending return items to Honey Jackson we recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.
In considering any application for refund or exchange Honey Jackson reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Honey Jackson immediately via email to email@example.com . If your order has not been despatched then we will cancel your order and organise a refund. If your order has been despatched then you will need to return your order to us via the returns process.

About the Artist
Jessie is an Australian born contemporary artist who resides in the Macedon Ranges, north of Melbourne with her husband and two dogs.
Studying both Visual Arts and Fashion in her early years, she worked 10 years in the Rag Trade whilst developing her love and passion for abstract art.
Working in an industry that constantly requires Jessie to be on the pulse of shapes, silhouettes and colour palettes that people are drawn to has inspired her to create pieces that people will love and admired in their homes always.
Jessie continuously looking to mountainscapes and cloud formations for inspiration whilst experimenting with various mediums including acrylics, oil pastels, gouache and metallics.
