At Honey Jackson we use Australia Post for the majority of our shipping requirements.  Standard delivery is within 2-7 business days of purchase.  All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement (unless specified on the product listing) and the majority or orders will be received within 2-3 days of order placement.  

All orders require a signature on delivery unless specified otherwise.

Depending on the size of your order, larger Items may be sent via courier.  You will be sent a shipping notification if your order is sent via courier and signature on delivery will be required on these items.   

The cost of delivery is calculated using size, weight and fragility of the item/s being shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated on weight and location. 

* Free shipping excludes artwork, mirrors and bulky furniture & lighting orders.

On The side Concrete Pots have their own shipping rate due to the weight of the product. VIC & NSW is $25 and QLD, TAS, SA & WA is $30.

Free Local Pick up

Free local pick is available for all customers.  The Honey Jackson Showroom is based in the Preston in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and we are more than happy for you to come and pay us a visit.

If you wish to pick up your order, please select local pick up at check out and then contact us to arrange a time that is convenient.

Free Shipping

For all orders over $150 we are happy to offer free shipping on these orders.

*Excluding artwork, mirrors + furniture & lighting orders.

Furniture + Artwork & Mirrors

Australia wide deliveries of larger pieces of furniture, artwork, Middle of Nowhere framed prints + mirrors will be sent via a courier.  Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase or as advised during corresponded with Honey Jackson.

A signature is required at the point of delivery for all items sent via courier excluding Middle of Nowhere prints.

For all Middle of Nowhere print orders please provide a business address or an residential address where you give Authority to Leave your delivery if no one is home at time of delivery. Please contact our friendly staff at hello@honeyjackson.com.au if you wish to discuss this further or don't give ATL and we will make alternative arrangements.

Insurance will be included on all Artwork, Mirrors, Middle of Nowhere Prinrts and furniture sent via courier.

Insurance covers any loss or damages that occur during transit.  You will receive a replacement item, not a repaired item.

Artwork & Mirror Delivery costs are calculated on weight and location.

Please note that Custom Framed Glass Artwork by the artists; Prudence Caroline, Brent Rosenberg, Lumiere Art & Co, Antoinette Ferwerda and Sarah Kelk is not included in the above rates and is quoted based on location.  Please contact the team at hello@honeyjackson.com.au if you wish to purchase a glass framed print.

International Shipping

At Honey Jackson we are more than happy to send any item big or small Internationally.

If you wish to have an item shipped outside Australia please send us an email at hello@honeyjackson.com.au  outlining the item/s you wish to purchase and the international delivery address.

We will determine freight costs and an approximate delivery timeframe to this location for you.

Urgent Deliveries

If you require an urgent delivery please contact Honey Jackson at hello@honeyjackson.com.au . to discuss your options. We will always endeavour to do our best to accommodate your requests.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. In the unfortunate event that you don’t, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at Honey Jackson;

In the event that you change your mind, your item is faulty or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, assembled or marked and damaged in any way post purchase.

The only exclusion to our 15 day refund policy is with made to order items such as furniture and artwork, these goods cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.

Sale Items

Please note that there are no refunds available on Sale items, only 7 day exchange.

If your sale item is faulty then we will offer a refund on these items.

Wrong Item

In the unfortunate event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact us immediately at hello@honeyjackson.com.au quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.

Honey Jackson will cover all postage costs on wrong items.

Returns Process

To return your item, simply contact Honey Jackson at  hello@honeyjackson.com.au and quote the following; Order Number, your name and address, contact number and reason for return.  

You will then obtain a RA number and a return address to send back your purchase back to.   Please ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and that your Invoice and RA number is included with your return.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.

When sending return items to Honey Jackson we recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.  

In considering any application for refund or exchange Honey Jackson reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Honey Jackson immediately via email to hello@honeyjackson.com.au . If your order has not been despatched then we will cancel your order and organise a refund. If your order has been despatched then you will need to return your order to us via the returns process.
